Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation before shipment:
Only those orders/items that have not been shipped can be cancelled online or through the Helpdesk reachable at email@example.com. In case of Cancellation of Order/ Item, the money paid by the customer shall be refunded to the same.
Cancellation post shipment:
In case the Customer wishes to cancel an Order that has already been shipped but is yet to be delivered, the same may contact the Helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org and not accept the delivery of the order. Once the order is received back by the company, the amount paid by the customer shall be refunded to the same as per the Refund policy.
You may choose a return or refund if an item found defective or unusable. This is when it…has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, is unsafe (please ensure you read nail polish and nail care ingredients listing before purchase), is significantly different from the description, and doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed. Please email a clear photograph and details of the major problem so we can investigate.

No refund applies if you damage or use goods in an unreasonable or unintended manner.
In the unlikely event, we ship you the wrong item, please mail a clear photograph of the item(s) so that we can confirm your order history and rectify the mistake for you.
We take great care to pack your order so you receive it in good condition however if any item(s) are received damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email a clear photograph showing us the damage. We may choose to either refund or replace the item(s) damaged in transit at our discretion.
